Role overview

What you will do

• Fit trailer hitches, wiring harnesses, brake controllers, and other towing accessories across a wide range of vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles to confirm compatibility and verify that towing setups are safe.
• Diagnose installation problems and correct them while keeping workmanship at a high standard.
• Walk customers through towing products, correct usage, and safety steps.
• Keep the work area tidy, well arranged, and safe.
• Operate hand tools and power tools to complete installations safely and efficiently.
• Work in line with company rules, safety requirements, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Help manage stock so parts and equipment remain available and organized.
• Coordinate with coworkers to support customer service targets and productivity goals.

Skills and qualifications

• Comfort working with mechanical tasks and using hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and towing products is beneficial.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Clear communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physically demanding work.
