Customer Experience Expert (Smart Mobility)

Job Overview

This role is based in Changi, Singapore, focusing on supporting and optimizing smart mobility services. The position is contracted for 1 year, with potential for renewal or conversion to permanent employment, offering a salary up to $6000 depending on experience. Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the establishment of services at new sites, providing training and guidance to client operators to ensure smooth and effective operation of services.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting, initial diagnostics, and coordinate with internal teams for efficient problem resolution. Execute repairs and necessary inspections according to established procedures.
• Create and update manuals and standard operating procedures, sharing internal knowledge to enhance service quality.
• Collect feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement to enhance user and client experiences.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Possess over 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer-facing or technical support roles within technology sectors.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information effectively to both internal coworkers and external clients.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail, with a track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues proactively.
• Have hands-on skills in basic mechanical tasks such as loosening and tightening bolts to specified torque, and handling electronic components and wiring.
• Show enthusiasm for Autonomous Mobility Services, including both hardware and software aspects; familiarity with Linux or IoT modules is advantageous.
• Be prepared to work primarily at Changi Airport with occasional travel to other parts of Southeast Asia.
• Commit to attending approximately two weeks of training in Japan prior to commencing work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the aviation or healthcare industries is beneficial.
• Interest in emerging technologies with a strong desire to learn.
