About the Role

The Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada is looking to fill a full-time Commissioner position dedicated to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Discovery department. This role supports the court’s mission by facilitating non-traditional, cost-effective civil dispute resolution methods and addressing pre-trial discovery issues in civil cases. Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possession of a Nevada State Bar admission certificate and eligibility to practice law in Nevada.
