Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Collections Executive responsible for recovering overdue payments from customers while maintaining courteous and professional relationships. This role demands excellent communication, effective negotiation, and persistent follow-ups to meet collection targets and ensure timely recovery of dues.
Primary Duties
- Communicate with customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or in-person visits regarding outstanding payments.
- Track and follow up on unpaid accounts to ensure prompt collections.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements adhering to company guidelines.
- Address and resolve queries or disputes related to customer payments.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and payment promises.
- Update the CRM system and prepare daily collection activity reports.
- Meet monthly collection targets and recovery goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle billing and payment concerns.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and established collection procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate level.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience preferred in Collections, Recovery, BPO, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Sales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong skills in negotiation and persuasion.
- Capability to handle customers and resolve conflicts effectively.
- A target-driven approach and commitment to meeting goals.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and customer relationship management software.
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
