Overview

Training Program Details

Job Responsibilities Post-Training

• Collaboratively ensure safety at rail construction sites to prevent accidents.
• Warn personnel on or near tracks about approaching trains using various signals and modern warning systems.
• Implement safety regulations and brief new safety staff regularly.
• Maintain communication with diverse stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Independently organize and supervise safety measures on construction sites.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 18 years old with a secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
• No previous experience required, but reliability and a commitment to safety are essential.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Proficient written and spoken German communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, as well as travel to various locations.
• Possession of a Class B driving license and personal vehicle is advantageous but not mandatory.
