Role Overview
The Cardiac Physiologist will be responsible for analysing and reporting Holter monitor recordings specifically for the Singapore region, leveraging CardioScan's cloud-based BeatBox platform to ensure accuracy and clinical relevance of reports. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, effective workload management to meet service level agreements, and adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Analyse, assess, and process Holter monitor data for the Singapore area.
- Utilize the BeatBox cloud platform for reviewing, allocating, and reporting Holter studies.
- Create precise, concise, and clinically valid reports consistently.
- Manage workload efficiently to comply with customer turnaround time expectations.
- Maintain quality assurance in all documentation and operations, following internal protocols.
- Support continuous improvement efforts for service quality and operational effectiveness.
- Engage with cardiologists, clinical teams, and operational staff to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues across different regions.
- Foster a collaborative work culture while capable of independent task execution.
- Encourage sharing of knowledge and best practices within the clinical team.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in Holter analysis within the cardiac care field.
- Hold an Associate Diploma or equivalent degree in Science; CCT certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac terminology, diagnostic technologies, and reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills enabling interactions across all organizational levels.
- Self-driven and enthusiastic team player with a positive, proactive mindset.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to fulfill KPIs and support team goals.
- Prefers a stable, balanced working environment over hospital shift schedules.
