Job Overview

Ecolab is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to join its EcoSure division, a recognized leader in brand protection programs. This role focuses on enhancing operational excellence by delivering comprehensive onsite consultations and coaching to clients aimed at preserving brand standards and elevating guest experiences within the hospitality and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed brand protection visits at client sites, applying consulting, coaching, and training to meet client-specific standards and safeguard brand reputation.
• Prepare and present concise findings and improvement recommendations to property-level executives, ensuring clear communication of assessments.
• Collaborate with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to address and resolve client challenges effectively.
• Achieve a planned number of client visits weekly, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM systems and tablet technology for efficient visit planning and task execution.
• Contribute to company and client growth initiatives through proactive engagement.

Additional Information

• The role requires flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business demands.
• Candidates must be willing to be around, handle, and potentially consume foods containing animal products and common allergens.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds, inspecting playgrounds by climbing and crawling in confined spaces, bending, squatting, standing and walking for extended periods, and traveling by driving or flying as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma plus at least two years of experience in the hospitality industry or related fields.
• Comfort working within various environments such as hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, educational institutions, healthcare, and senior living facilities, engaging with staff and residents.
• Proficiency with technology platforms including Android/Apple devices, Zoom, and Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record and a valid passport.
• No immigration sponsorship is provided.

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality, business, or related disciplines.
