Role Overview
Ecolab’s EcoSure division is hiring a Brand Protection Advisor II to support brand protection programs and operational excellence for clients in hospitality and related sectors. The role focuses on delivering on-site assessments, coaching, and training that help customers uphold strong standards in brand experience, food safety, public health, workplace safety, and product quality.
This position reports to the District Manager and sits within the International Field Operations department. It does not include supervising others.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out a range of brand protection visits at customer sites, using consulting, coaching, and training to meet each client’s requirements and improve guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and present clear summary reports to property-level leaders, including objective observations, improvement opportunities, and practical recommendations.
- Work with EcoSure and Ecolab colleagues to resolve customer issues and support service delivery.
- Complete the assigned weekly visit target while maintaining a strong client experience.
- Use CRM tools for planning and a tablet-based workflow to complete day-to-day job tasks efficiently.
- Contribute to the company’s and clients’ growth objectives through consistent field execution.
Schedule and Work Conditions
- Work may occasionally extend into evenings, weekends, and overtime depending on business requirements.
- The role may involve being around, touching, and possibly consuming food containing animal products and major allergens.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma plus at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Willingness to conduct operational visits across hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, education sites, healthcare settings, and senior living communities while interacting with staff and residents.
- Comfort using current technology and business tools, including Android and Apple systems, Zoom, and Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Valid passport.
- No immigration sponsorship is available.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Capable of inspecting playground areas by climbing, crawling through tight spaces, and using tube slides.
- Able to bend, squat, shift, and adjust movement to review areas close to the ground and overhead.
- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods at client sites.
- Willing to drive or fly to client locations as needed.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality, or business.
- Multilingual ability.
- Leadership experience in hospitality operations.
- Strong customer service skills and advanced consultative ability.
- Ability to stay effective under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and work to deadlines.
- Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently, take initiative, use sound judgment, and solve problems effectively.
