Job description
Role Overview
Ecolab is hiring a Senior Customer Service Supervisor to assist the Corporate Account team and field staff by handling customer support, processing leasing details on time, receiving orders, and coordinating shipments. This position serves as a department lead within Asset Management, offering direction, coaching, and guidance to the team. The role is largely independent and calls for strong judgment, accuracy, communication, and problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of satisfaction for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Support team members through coaching, direction, and issue resolution.
- Monitor team output, address customer concerns quickly, and help keep service performance strong.
- Improve service quality through better standards, processes, and ongoing operational refinement.
- Supervise daily customer service activity to ensure work moves smoothly and efficiently.
- Step in and assist the customer service team whenever support is required.
- Handle invoicing activities, including submission and the follow-up needed to close invoice-related issues.
- Coordinate customer service operations across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
- Manage sales-related service requirements as needed.
- Ensure customer invoices are delivered within 72 hours.
- Take on other duties as necessary to help the team succeed.
