Position Summary
For the A.W. Faber-Castell Vertrieb GmbH in Stein, the company is looking to hire a Team Lead Customer Service International (all genders) as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the international customer service team both professionally and disciplinarily, including workforce planning, onboarding, employee development and motivation.
- Ensure smooth handling of international orders, including customer support, complaint processing and monitoring of delivery dates.
- Take ownership of compliant export and shipping processes, including the preparation of export and dispatch documents and coordination with external service providers.
- Manage and maintain customer, master and pricing data while working closely with internal stakeholders and international sales teams.
- Review key figures and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement and implement suitable measures to continuously optimize operations.
- Create and roll out process documentation, work instructions and standards, and ensure that central requirements and deadlines are consistently met.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a university degree, combined with several years of experience in export administration; initial leadership experience is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of export operations, especially shipping/export procedures and customs regulations; experience with the ATLAS system is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, particularly SD and LE, as well as MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of products and a proactive mindset for shaping and improving processes in international customer service.
- Strong customer focus, confident communication, negotiation skills and a collaborative way of working.
- Excellent organizational ability, resilience, flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally for business.
