Job Summary

We are seeking a warm, lively, and customer-oriented Barista to craft and serve top-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following set recipes.
• Welcome customers, take orders, and accurately handle payments.
• Keep the coffee station, equipment, and café clean and hygienic.
• Maintain adequate stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Suggest menu options and encourage additional sales to customers.
• Address customer questions and resolve complaints with professionalism.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and café tools safely and efficiently.
• Support opening and closing tasks as required.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth café operations.
