Job Summary
We are seeking a warm, lively, and customer-oriented Barista to craft and serve top-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following set recipes.
- Welcome customers, take orders, and accurately handle payments.
- Keep the coffee station, equipment, and café clean and hygienic.
- Maintain adequate stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
- Suggest menu options and encourage additional sales to customers.
- Address customer questions and resolve complaints with professionalism.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and café tools safely and efficiently.
- Support opening and closing tasks as required.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth café operations.
