Job Purpose
This role focuses on providing prompt, courteous, and high-quality service to corporate customers, assisting with inquiries, guiding them through banking processes, promoting QNB's products and services, and encouraging business growth with the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively market and promote the Group’s products to boost sales and profitability, meeting or exceeding preset targets.
- Monitor branch customer service performance through established KPIs, ensuring best practices in service delivery.
- Promote operational efficiency by cost-conscious practices to minimize waste and maximize benefits for the bank.
- Operate within delegated authority limits.
- Deliver proactive, customer-focused service to enhance the Group’s image and surpass customer expectations.
- Resolve all client queries at the branch promptly within specified turnaround times to ensure satisfaction.
- Cross-sell products to deepen customer relations and profitability while fostering retention.
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries and develop solutions to their requests.
- Ensure activities comply with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to improve response times.
- Build and maintain robust working relationships with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide accurate and timely information to auditors, compliance, financial control, and risk teams as needed.
- Serve as the initial contact point, especially for new customers, delivering clear information about the Group’s services.
- Handle customer-related operations including account openings, data maintenance, issuing certificates, and processing various requests.
- Assist clients in completing application forms for accounts, ATM cards, credit cards, checkbooks, and standing orders.
- Coordinate with tellers and branch operations staff to ensure seamless daily operations and customer service.
- Manage loan application receipts, prepare agreements, handle Foreign Bills for Collection, verify dormant accounts, and approve signatures.
- Assume teller or operations duties during peak periods or as necessary.
- Escalate unresolved transaction queries to the Customer Services Manager.
- Continuously review and improve branch service standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal service quality and audit standards.
- Maintain and expand current knowledge relevant to branch customer service.
- Identify and pursue personal professional development to stay updated in the field.
Education & Experience
- Possess a College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- No prior work experience required.
