About the Role
Join the world’s largest jewellery brand as an Assistant Store Manager in Queenstown. Play a key role in bringing people’s stories and special moments to life through our empowering products. Key Responsibilities
- Support and collaborate closely with the Store Manager to manage daily store operations and drive commercial success.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the in-store team to exceed sales targets while setting a standard for exceptional Pandora customer service.
- Handle retail operational duties including stock management, adherence to store procedures, team scheduling, sales tracking, and security management.
- Ensure smooth store functioning and trading during the Store Manager’s absence.
- Maintain a strong presence on the retail floor, managing team deployment to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Become a product expert by completing comprehensive training on Pandora’s hand-crafted luxury items, fostering the team’s product knowledge and development.
