Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the organization’s productivity application to boost employee efficiency by creating innovative functionalities tailored for sales teams throughout Bajaj Finance Ltd.
• Act as the product owner collaborating closely with the IT department to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product meeting the needs of various business verticals.
• Engage proactively with diverse stakeholders including business and technical teams to understand and define business requirements and technical constraints.
• Convert the product vision and strategy into comprehensive detailed requirements and develop or review user stories.
• Coordinate with the IT team to guarantee timely delivery of new features within the sales productivity application.
• Collaborate across Bajaj Finance Ltd’s multiple verticals to promote the adoption and effective usage of the Salesone app.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to maintain high standards of output quality.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines; an MBA qualification will be considered advantageous.
• Possess 6 to 8 years of experience in product management within a technology firm or a financial services organization.
• Familiarity with Finance/Fintech, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC), lending processes, and B2C platforms will be beneficial.
• Excellent presentation abilities and adeptness with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Competency in analyzing data to extract insights and the willingness to take initiative.
• High motivation and self-driven attitude.
• Desirable: basic understanding of UX design principles.
• Experience in drafting detailed functional requirement documents for IT implementation.
