Job Overview

This role is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd and focuses on boosting sales team productivity through enhancement of the company's proprietary productivity application.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance employee productivity by developing innovative features in the sales productivity app used across Bajaj Finance Limited.
• Act as the product owner liaising with IT to ensure delivery of a high-quality product aligned with the needs of various business verticals.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business and technical teams, to gather business requirements and technical inputs.
• Convert product strategies into detailed specifications and create or review user stories.
• Work closely with the IT department to ensure timely implementation of application features.
• Promote the adoption and sustained usage of the Salesone app among different departments within Bajaj Finance Limited.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve high-quality output.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or comparable experience in technical roles. Preference given to candidates with an MBA.
• 6 to 8 years of product management experience in technology or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with Finance, Fintech, NBFC/lending, or B2C platforms is advantageous.
• Proficient presentation skills and experience with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical ability to work with data, extract insights, and adapt to challenges.
• Highly motivated and self-driven attitude.

Desirable Skills

• Basic knowledge of user experience (UX) design.
• Experience in authoring functional requirements documentation to guide IT development.
