Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Market Research Analyst to enhance the foundational research that supports AI agents utilized by our Business Intelligence team. The position focuses on curating and organizing trusted internal and external research resources to help AI tools generate precise, relevant, and scalable insights for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and curate external information including analyst reports, whitepapers, competitor content, and data providers.
- Extract and structure knowledge from internal subject matter experts into reusable formats for AI systems.
- Manage research materials ensuring they are organized, searchable, and optimized for AI usage.
- Advise AI Implementation Analysts regarding source prioritization, taxonomy development, and domain-specific logic.
- Review AI-generated results, identify deficiencies, and continuously enhance the knowledge base quality.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to provide AI-powered research support and establish best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in research-intensive disciplines such as business, economics, market research, information science, engineering, or related fields.
- More than 5 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, investment research, or comparable knowledge-driven roles.
- Proven capability to critically evaluate external sources considering credibility, bias, and relevance.
- Experience in gathering and documenting expert knowledge in structured, reusable formats.
- Practical know-how with AI research tools, including prompt engineering and AI output evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), taxonomy design, knowledge graph development, or AI evaluation frameworks.
- Background in telecommunications, data centers, optical networking, hyperscalers, semiconductors, or similar technical domains.
- Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Power BI, Databricks, and SQL.
