About the Role
ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. is seeking an Agency Development Manager to be based in Ludhiana, Punjab. The role centers on developing and managing health insurance agencies through recruitment, training, and motivation, with a focus on driving sales via the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance agents and advisors.
- Provide training programs to enhance agent/advisor effectiveness.
- Lead and manage the agency team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Organize regular meetings and conduct performance reviews to track progress.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year of experience in field sales.
