Position Location
This role is based at Afrimat CM Western Cape's Head Office located in Tygervalley, Bellville, South Africa.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of Grade 12 is required.
- Familiarity with office management systems and standard procedures.
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ability to analyze information and work efficiently under pressure.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviewing and distributing various documents and correspondence.
- Handling incoming documents through receipt, sorting, and allocation.
- Establishing and maintaining systematic filing and documentation trails.
- Managing the filing of delivery notes appropriately.
- Conducting sequence verification checks as required.
- Inputting data accurately and reviewing it for correctness.
- Maintaining and updating organizational databases regularly.
- Providing ad hoc support to the sales and debtors departments as needed.
