Warehouse Coordinator

About the Role

We are currently looking for a dependable and skilled Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our Penrose location full-time. The role involves order fulfillment, processing returns, preparing kits, basic provisioning, and ensuring smooth warehouse processes and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
• Accept and handle incoming stock and deliveries.
• Manage return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and related warehouse tasks.
• Investigate and resolve issues involving misplaced or incorrect shipments.
• Assist with kit assembly and simple provisioning of devices.
• Conduct sorting and dispatch operations efficiently.
• Safely perform manual handling tasks following company safety policies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and contribute to robust stock control procedures.

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in warehousing roles such as picking and packing.
• Consistent reliability and strong commitment supported by positive references.
• Familiarity with inventory handling, stock receiving, dispatch, and warehouse operations.
• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, adhering to health and safety standards.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and good literacy skills.
• Positive work attitude and a solid work ethic.
• Experience using warehouse management systems is beneficial.
