Role Overview

We are looking for a Validation Lead to support both modular and service-based project scopes. Modular work is executed by a nationwide network of vendors, while service deliveries are handled through Livspace-certified contractor partners together with an internal contracting team. This role exists to make sure vendors receive accurate inputs and that customer requirements are captured correctly.

Key Responsibilities

Review drawings, the BOQ, and on-site conditions to confirm accuracy.
Interpret drawings across all disciplines, including modular and non-modular KWS, furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing, and related areas.
Check the BOQ line items and validate the quantities for each item.
Spot design mismatches and anticipate possible execution challenges.
Call out any missing items in the BOQ.
Close the BOQ only after resolving design questions and completing a detailed site-level validation.
Submit accurate validation reports within the assigned SLA.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
