Validation Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Validation Lead to support both modular and service-based project scopes. Modular work is executed by a nationwide network of vendors, while service deliveries are handled through Livspace-certified contractor partners together with an internal contracting team. This role exists to make sure vendors receive accurate inputs and that customer requirements are captured correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, the BOQ, and on-site conditions to confirm accuracy.
• Interpret drawings across all disciplines, including modular and non-modular KWS, furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing, and related areas.
• Check the BOQ line items and validate the quantities for each item.
• Spot design mismatches and anticipate possible execution challenges.
• Call out any missing items in the BOQ.
• Close the BOQ only after resolving design questions and completing a detailed site-level validation.
• Submit accurate validation reports within the assigned SLA.
