Job Responsibilities
- Identify and research key hiring managers and decision-makers relevant to UK recruitment.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to discover and categorize potential candidates and prospects.
- Perform detailed UK talent scouting and market trend analysis.
- Develop and sustain comprehensive and precise talent and prospect databases.
- Assist in customized outreach initiatives and monitor response rates.
- Collaborate with delivery and client teams to ensure alignment with targeting criteria such as industry, role, and geographic location.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience of 0 to 1 year in UK recruitment, talent sourcing, or recruitment research.
- Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator tools.
- Strong skills in research, communication, and data analysis.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accurate data management.
- Capability to operate independently in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
