About the Role
Vortexen Dynamics Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruiter Specialist to join their team at the Kochi office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment spanning at least two years, particularly with experience sourcing candidates for the Middle East (Gulf) and Indian markets. This role demands an independent and proactive individual capable of managing hiring across technical, blue-collar, and corporate positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Plus UAE Group and Vortexen Dynamics.
- Source and identify candidates from India, Nepal, and Gulf region networks.
- Recruit across multiple domains including technical/site manpower and corporate roles.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of backup candidates to fulfill company needs efficiently.
- Coordinate job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and oversee onboarding follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years of recruitment experience with demonstrable success in Gulf or Middle Eastern hiring.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Excellent communication abilities and systematic reporting practices.

Location: On-site at Kochi, Kerala, India.
Salary: ₹25,000 per month.
