We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented female Telecalling Executives to join Finbud Financial Services Limited in Bengaluru. This role focuses on engaging with customers to explain our products and services, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers to present and explain the company's offerings.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Follow up diligently with interested customers and support them throughout their journey.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update records in the system regularly.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers.
• Consistently meet defined monthly business goals.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• At least 3 to 6 months experience in telecalling, sales, or a related domain.
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
• Good command of English, Kannada, or Hindi communication.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional approach towards managing customer inquiries.
