Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound customer inquiries.
• Clearly and convincingly describe products or services offered by the company.
• Generate new leads and organize appointments or follow-up meetings.
• Keep detailed records of calls and customer data.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve straightforward issues.
• Achieve specified daily and weekly calling and performance goals.
• Adhere to company communication scripts and standards.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between 15000 and 21000 INR.
