Job Overview

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound customer inquiries.
- Clearly and convincingly describe products or services offered by the company.
- Generate new leads and organize appointments or follow-up meetings.
- Keep detailed records of calls and customer data.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve straightforward issues.
- Achieve specified daily and weekly calling and performance goals.
- Adhere to company communication scripts and standards.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between 15000 and 21000 INR.
