Telecaller

Job Overview

We seek a proactive Telecaller responsible for managing student inquiries, turning leads into enrolments, and engaging corporate clients, event coordinators, educational institutions, and organizations for dance-related workshops, corporate events, and collaborative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Address incoming student queries and convert prospects into confirmed admissions.
• Engage with corporate clients, event planners, schools, and organizations to coordinate dance workshops, corporate performances, and event partnerships.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships ensuring satisfactory experiences.
• Regularly update and manage customer data within CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 8000 and 17000 INR.
