Eligibility
- Applicants must hold a Diploma in D Pharma or a B.Pharma degree in any specialization.
- Possession of a valid Punjab Drug License is mandatory.
- Must be a graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in sectors such as retail pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or organized retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations ensuring daily activities run efficiently.
- Boost sales, productivity, and profit generation to meet business objectives.
- Lead and inspire the store team to achieve operational excellence.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, standard operating procedures, audits, and company policies.
- Manage inventory, ensure stock availability, control expiry dates, and minimize losses.
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure store cleanliness, effective merchandising, and smooth overall operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and store functions.
