Job description
Role Overview
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering direct nursing care to women of varying ages, managing diverse health issues and conditions within a clinical setting focused on reproductive health.
Key Duties
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments through check-ups, screenings, and consultations.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and medical procedures safely and effectively.
- Provide assistance during gynecological exams, including Pap smear tests and other reproductive health procedures.
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient medical data, including histories, symptoms, and treatments administered.
- Offer patient education on preventive health practices, wellness promotion, and lifestyle modifications.
- Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to create and execute tailored patient care plans.
- Adhere strictly to established medical and nursing protocols, regulations, and institutional policies.

Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 20,000 to 25,000.
