Staff Nurse

Role Overview

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering direct nursing care to women of varying ages, managing diverse health issues and conditions within a clinical setting focused on reproductive health.

Key Duties

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments through check-ups, screenings, and consultations.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and medical procedures safely and effectively.
• Provide assistance during gynecological exams, including Pap smear tests and other reproductive health procedures.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient medical data, including histories, symptoms, and treatments administered.
• Offer patient education on preventive health practices, wellness promotion, and lifestyle modifications.
• Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to create and execute tailored patient care plans.
• Adhere strictly to established medical and nursing protocols, regulations, and institutional policies.
• Engage in continuous professional learning opportunities to enhance nursing competencies and clinical expertise.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 20,000 to 25,000.
