Key Responsibilities
- Support the expansion strategy for Southeast Asia by providing insights on site selection and marketing plans, aligned with headquarters directions and local market specifics.
- Assist in establishing expansion targets and execution plans for local markets, managing progress and aligning resources to meet business objectives.
- Create and maintain a pipeline system to manage potential store locations regionally, aiding in planning and pacing expansion efforts.
- Develop a review process post-store opening to assess site selection effectiveness using operational data, aiming to refine expansion strategies and resource deployment continuously.
- Standardize site selection procedures, criteria, and operational frameworks across Southeast Asian markets, promoting professional and systematic digital and dashboard-based management of expansion workflows.
- Perform benchmark studies and sales forecasting, tailoring recommendations to the unique characteristics of cities and markets.
- Lead the rollout and ongoing improvement of location modeling, forecasting tools, and expansion methodologies.
- Coordinate cross-country alignment, training, and implementation of key expansion strategies and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major.
- At least 5 years of experience in chain retail, coffee, or beverage industries, particularly with digitalized site selection or expansion business collaboration; preference for candidates with Southeast Asia market experience.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English, capable of independently preparing and delivering bilingual presentations and materials.
- Strong analytical abilities and structured problem-solving skills with solid data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with multicultural teams.
- Self-motivated, outcome-driven, adaptable to fast-changing environments, and committed to ongoing learning and team growth.
