Relationship Manager and Team Leader

Job Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager and Team Leader to join Realty Assistant Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi-NCR. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, promoting the company's real estate products, and achieving sales targets by managing leads effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

• Initiate contact and follow up on pre-generated leads through outbound calls.
• Educate potential customers about the real estate products offered.
• Proactively explore new sales avenues using cold calls, networking, and social media platforms.
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and concerns.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Acquire comprehensive product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Consistently meet or surpass daily and monthly call and sales goals.
• Manage and grow a prospect base of clients interested in company products to support revenue targets aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and nurture enduring client relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.
• Monitor new market trends and competitors to stay informed about emerging opportunities and threats.

Candidate Profile

• Real estate industry experience is not mandatory.
• Between 1 to 5 years of experience in B2C sales.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is required.
• Experience in sales, business development, or voice process roles is advantageous.
• Strong enthusiasm for sales and business growth.
• Excellent communication abilities and client management skills.
• Capacity to manage pressure and rejection when engaging potential clients.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is between 30,000 and 45,000 INR.
