The position of Registrar is available at Symbiosis Skills & Professional University, located in the Pune District, Maharashtra (specifically at Ravet, Kiwale). The ideal candidate must hold a postgraduate degree and possess at least a decade of experience in administrative and coordination roles within the education sector. The applicant should have comprehensive knowledge of government education policies and regulations, and must be under 55 years of age.

Key Qualifications and Expertise

In-depth familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as UGC and AICTE norms.
Understanding UGC guidelines related to teacher pay scales, career advancement schemes (CAS), workload allocation, performance appraisals, and service regulations.
Strong grasp of research evaluation and quality assessment methodologies.
Knowledge of Academic Performance Indicators (API) as standards for academic review.
Experience with NAAC accreditation and associated guidelines.

Planning faculty manpower requirements categorized by academic programs.
Designing and managing the human resources budget.
