Job description

Overview

CRIF India, a prominent Fintech firm and licensed credit bureau based in Pune, seeks an experienced HR Operations Consultant. This role demands expertise in payroll, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and effective communication within an HR framework.

Key Duties

  • Execute payroll processes and address related employee inquiries efficiently.
  • Oversee income tax procedures and manage timely full and final settlements.
  • Administer employee reimbursements and manage insurance-related questions.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements including returns filings and payment deadlines.
  • Facilitate employee exit procedures and manage separation formalities.
  • Track leave and attendance data, compiling analytical reports for management insights.
  • Support payroll functions such as bank file creation and processing of Form 11 documentation.
  • Prepare and manage HR correspondence and employee documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate employee insurance matters (GMC, GTLI, GPAI), liaising with insurance brokers for policy adjustments.

Required Competencies

  • Hands-on experience in HR operations and payroll management.
  • Proficiency with full and final settlements along with statutory compliance and returns.
  • Knowledge of income tax handling procedures relevant to payroll.
  • Expertise in managing leave and attendance systems.
  • Experience in exit management and HR documentation including letter drafting.
  • Skilled in insurance administration related to group medical and life insurance policies.
  • Ability to generate management information system (MIS) reports and perform data analytics.
  • Familiarity with bank file processing and HR communication requirements.
  • Strong analytical, numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail is essential.

Additional Information

The position is based in Pune and requires candidates with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. A postgraduate degree (MBA or PGDM preferred) is expected. Excellent communication capabilities complement the technical HR functions in this role.
