Zippy Talent is an expanding recruitment agency focusing on mid-to-senior level hiring across regions including the Middle East, Africa, India, and other international markets.
Role Overview
We seek an energetic Recruiter with at least two years of recruitment experience to handle candidate sourcing, screening, and delivering recruitment processes for various positions and sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening and initial interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and keep accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Arrange interviews and communicate follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Oversee the complete recruitment workflow ensuring positive experiences for candidates.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong abilities in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset, goal-oriented, and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
