Role Overview

We are looking for a Remote QA Tester based in the US with a specialized focus on validating both software applications and AI-generated code. This position involves developing thorough test plans, assessing the accuracy, security, and functionality of AI-produced code, and maintaining the reliability of our core platform supporting thousands of daily users.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate AI-generated software code by executing and benchmarking snippets to ensure correctness, security, efficiency, and compliance with requirements.
• Create detailed and reusable manual and automated test cases, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive test plans for AI outputs and platform features.
• Conduct end-to-end, regression, and exploratory testing on web applications and annotation tools.
• Document edge cases, replicate bugs, and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams and AI training processes.
• Develop and sustain automated testing scripts to enhance continuous testing workflows where applicable.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and troubleshooting code in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C++.
• Comfortable assessing AI-assisted or machine-generated code for errors including syntax, logic, and edge-case issues.
• Experience with manual test creation, boundary testing, unit tests, and API testing tools like Postman.
• Exceptional attention to detail to identify subtle security flaws, edge cases, and unexpected behaviors in outputs.
• Must reside in the United States and be capable of working remotely.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or PyTest.
• Background knowledge in AI training methods such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) or evaluating large language model (LLM) outputs.
• Experience working with crowdsourcing or gig-platform quality assurance workflows.
