Role Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Gas Chromatography testing processes with high proficiency.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of analytical and testing methods including chemical laboratory safety and sampling techniques.
• Apply separation techniques and chromatography methods such as GC, HPLC, FTIR, TLC, as well as moisture analysis using the Karl Fischer titrator and various titration techniques.
• Utilize spectroscopy methods including UV-Visible spectrophotometry for sample analysis.
• Understand basics of polyester, polyurethane, polyol (MDI, TDI) resins, polyol indicators, isocyanate values (NCO), and preparation of normality standards for NaOH, HCl, and KOH solutions at different concentrations.
• Perform quality control testing involving measurements like viscosity, stability, color matching, tone variation, adhesion, gloss, and chemical resistance.

Candidate Profile

• Experience ranging from 3 to 6 years in relevant quality assurance roles.
• Educational qualifications can include B.Sc., M.Sc., or Engineering Diploma.
• Location for this role is Bhiwadi, India.
