Role Overview
We seek a skilled Project Manager to spearhead the mobilisation of a substantial contract over six months, targeting a potential launch date of January 1, 2027. This critical position involves full ownership and management of the mobilisation plan, coordinating multiple cross-functional teams such as Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Product Development, Sales, Technology, Finance, and People. The incumbent will ensure all timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders are aligned throughout this phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the mobilisation project plan.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple internal departments and workstreams.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and category scope.
- Oversee risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) with meticulous tracking.
- Manage stakeholder communications and engagement, including senior leadership.
- Maintain governance standards and provide regular reporting.
- Prepare and ensure readiness for the scheduled go-live date.
Candidate Profile
- Highly collaborative with the ability to bring clarity to complex scenarios.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, confident in decision-making and recommendations.
- Resilient under pressure, maintaining composure around critical deadlines.
- Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to delivery, willing to engage hands-on when necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive project management experience leading complex, multi-workstream projects or programmes.
- Proven background in mobilising large-scale contracts or operational initiatives in commercial settings.
- Expertise in RAID management, project scheduling, and dependency mapping.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and influence diverse cross-departmental teams including Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Sales, Technology, Finance, and People.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication, especially with senior leaders.
- Highly organised with sharp analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional project management certification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of recognized project management methodologies and industry best practices.

- Annual salary of £55,000 plus bonus.
