Position Summary
The Project Manager for HR Transformation & Special Projects will propel strategic change and organizational development within HYBE America. Reporting to the SVP of HR Transformation & Global Projects, this role focuses on leading complex programs and projects, primarily large-scale implementations like core HRIS and performance management systems. The position demands a meticulous organizer with expertise in managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional processes, and introducing technology enhancements such as advanced project management tools and automation to enhance the employee experience.
This full-time position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence in Santa Monica for three days weekly, with two days remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day execution of multifaceted, cross-departmental HR projects, creating detailed project plans, monitoring milestones, and ensuring successful delivery of key programs including Workday HRIS and performance management system implementations.
- Collaborate with leadership to analyze operational workflows, spot inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions using platforms like Airtable to boost process accuracy and turnaround.
- Support organizational change through developing training resources, documentation, and communication strategies to drive adoption of new systems within Global HR and broader business units.
- Serve as the liaison among stakeholders such as business leaders, IT, Legal teams, and external partners by coordinating progress meetings, resolving impediments, and aligning project goals.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting structures to monitor initiative outcomes, ROI, and operational improvements, delivering regular updates to leadership.
- Contribute to standardizing operational methodologies, policies, and practices to promote consistency and effectiveness across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Between 3 and 5 years’ experience in project or program management, operations, or HR transformation roles.
- Proven track record with enterprise software implementations, including core HRIS and performance management tools.
- Exceptional organizational capability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, and proficiency with project management software like Airtable, Asana, or Jira; PMP certification is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills enabling translation of complex technical concepts into accessible training and documents.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across departments and fostering innovative problem-solving environments.
- Experience in music, entertainment, or media sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
Compensation Details
The base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $140,000 annually. This figure represents estimated base pay and excludes additional benefits or other forms of compensation.
