It stands as one of New York City's foremost human services providers, addressing essential needs for children, youth, families, homeless individuals, and older adults throughout Manhattan and the broader city.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement & Success, the Program Manager for the Teen Expansion Program (TEP) will assume leadership responsibilities for planning, executing, and overseeing personnel, recreational programming, and various related services targeted at youth aged 12-19.
Key Duties and Expectations
- Lead and supervise staff and recreational activities effectively.
- Foster clear and courteous communication with diverse teenage participants as well as colleagues across the organization.
- Demonstrate strong commitment and zeal for the agency's mission.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
Additional Details
- Work schedule involves 30 hours per week.
- Compensation is set at $25.00 per hour.
