Position Overview

This role is designed to co-lead in developing, managing, and strategically utilizing data systems and dashboards that support the organization's performance, compliance, and ongoing improvement initiatives. The position acts as a pivotal link between data operations and strategic leadership by providing accurate, timely, and actionable insights for decision-making. The job centers on two core functions: dashboard development with data management, and risk management coupled with regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable data-driven decisions by managing dashboards and conducting statistical analyses to provide leadership with reliable information for planning and operational changes.
• Support compliance and risk protocols by performing internal audits and tracking incidents to ensure regulatory adherence and to address potential risks proactively.
• Enhance organizational efficiency through automation and integration of data systems to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and minimize errors.
• Collaborate with program teams to identify training needs and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with agency objectives.

Working Schedule

The role requires working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation

The position offers a salary range between $77,000 and $85,000 annually. The final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience in similar roles as well as additional preferred qualifications.
