- Partner with account executives, pre-sales specialists, value engineers, managing partners, partner managers, and customer success managers to define services strategy for existing accounts and new-logo opportunities in India.
- Lead consultative selling efforts and run services discovery conversations that show the relevance and business impact of Workday’s customer experience offerings.
- Support business development by qualifying opportunities, shaping transformation strategies, and contributing to RFPs, RFIs, tenders, proposals, commercials, and high-level implementation plans.
- Build productive relationships with Workday service partners.
- Work with project directors, engagement managers, customers, and partners to review engagement health and coordinate the right support from services and broader customer experience teams.
- Manage the pipeline effectively and prioritize opportunities with discipline.
- Assess training needs for prospects and customers.
- Keep prospect, pipeline, and service forecast information accurate and up to date.
- Negotiate and close professional services agreements, statements of work, and related contractual documents.
- Support services-related activities and events.
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in professional services, customer success, consulting sales, ERP/HCM/financial transformation, or SaaS services roles.
- Strong knowledge of AI, enterprise automation, Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, or similar SaaS ecosystems.
- Experience working on enterprise transformation programs across ASEAN, particularly in BFSI, IT/ITeS, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, GCCs, or similar fast-growing digital businesses.
- Proven ability to influence large transformation deals spanning multiple clouds and multiple business areas.
- Working understanding of enterprise AI, automation, integration approaches, and modern deployment patterns.
- Willingness to travel about 20% within ASEAN.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or equivalent professional credentials are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex services sales cycles end to end, with a record of achieving service revenue and profitability goals preferred.
- Consulting and project delivery experience is preferred.
- Strong familiarity with vendors, products, and services in enterprise SaaS, AI, automation, and ERP application areas, including finance and HCM.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort working in a fast-moving, complex product-and-services sales environment.
