ఉద్యోగ వివరణ

Overview

This role necessitates a qualified B.E. Mechanical engineer with 5 to 6 years of experience specializing in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting, while strictly adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance activities within the Pyro section encompassing Kiln, IKN Cooler, VRM – Pfeiffer, and ATOX systems.
Plan and ensure uninterrupted availability of critical spare parts to maintain operational continuity.
Perform root cause analysis of mechanical failures and implement remedial and improvement measures.
Manage the Spare & Service (S&S) and Repair Parts Management (RPM) budgets effectively within the section.
Optimize utilization of manpower and all available resources to maximize efficiency.
Conduct R1/R2 and S1/S2 inspections and checks aligning with the preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain detailed equipment history records using SAP software.
Follow ABG safety protocols, ISO standards, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) systems rigorously.
Ensure all maintenance tasks are executed in a safe manner complying with established safety standards.

Skills and Knowledge

Strong mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting expertise.
Proficient in SAP for maintenance management and recordkeeping.
Good understanding of safety standards aligned with ABG, ISO, and WCM frameworks.
