Role Summary
The Patient Navigator collaborates closely with the Care Team to assist patients in their family-building process. Working alongside nursing staff, Navigators help ensure patients have the information needed to approach treatments confidently, simplifying complex and often confusing procedures for a smooth transition to nursing cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate patient journey maps and calendars based on individual treatment plans.
- Coordinate, track, and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures.
- Build trust and positive relationships with all new patients.
- Translate complex medical terminology and processes into understandable information for patients.
- Monitor patient compliance and preparedness for treatment phases.
- Manage appointment scheduling effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- A strong passion for reproductive healthcare and patient support.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts accessibly.
Employment Details
This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring on-site work with early shifts, rotational weekends, and holiday coverage.
Compensation
The starting pay range is $23 to $26 per hour, determined by factors including relevant knowledge, experience, certifications, and education.
