Role Overview

Al Bazie Group is looking for a seasoned professional to strengthen its organizational excellence and quality functions. The position focuses on improving systems, shaping standards, and supporting training and capability development across the organization.

Requirements

Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in organizational excellence, quality, and training.
Practical background in creating policies, procedures, and performance management frameworks.
Strong ability to conduct training and transfer knowledge effectively.
