Role Overview
Al Bazie Group is looking for a seasoned professional to strengthen its organizational excellence and quality functions. The position focuses on improving systems, shaping standards, and supporting training and capability development across the organization.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in organizational excellence, quality, and training.
- Practical background in creating policies, procedures, and performance management frameworks.
- Strong ability to conduct training and transfer knowledge effectively.
