Role Overview: Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily travel-related operations to ensure smooth and efficient services for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily travel operations including flights, hotels, visas, and other reservations.
- Deliver customer service support before and after sales transactions.
- Collaborate with travel partners to coordinate services and manage bookings.
- Ensure accuracy of bookings, uphold service standards, and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough operational records and compile daily reports.
- Address operational challenges and manage customer escalations effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector.
- Proficient in German at B2 level or higher.
- Good command of the English language.
- Open to all genders (male, female, diverse).
Employment Details
- Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany (on-site).
- Work schedule: Monday through Saturday.
- Position type: Full-time (part-time option available).
