Overview

The role entails designing and implementing comprehensive marketing automation solutions and streamlining course operations to enhance business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Create effective lead-capturing landing pages to attract potential clients.
Develop registration forms to facilitate seamless user sign-ups.
Design and configure automated email campaigns to nurture leads and students.
Construct course platforms on Teachable, including checkout page setup for smooth customer experience.
Build and manage webinar registration funnels to increase participation.
Implement WhatsApp-based follow-up communication systems to engage prospects and learners.
Manage lead and student customer relationship management (CRM) systems for organized data handling.
Track payments and enrollments to ensure accurate course participation records.
Create dashboards to monitor conversion rates and marketing effectiveness.
Develop detailed standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation and conduct training sessions for team alignment.
