Role Overview

We seek a proficient Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Al Ain, UAE, focusing on aerostructure assembly processes. This role entails enhancing manufacturing workflows and ensuring technical precision throughout production.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and update manufacturing documentation such as Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and work instructions within the Enovia PLM system.
Offer technical assistance pertaining to assembly operations, including drilling, fastening, and riveting techniques.
Identify and resolve production challenges, supporting continuous improvement efforts like Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
Manage tooling requirements and oversee engineering change processes to maintain production integrity.

Candidate Specifications

Minimum of 5 years expertise in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Comprehensive understanding of original equipment manufacturer standards, inclusively Airbus, Boeing, and Pilatus, along with familiarity in assembly and painting specifications.
Skilled in industrial software such as SAP, Enovia, Catia, and Delmia.
Ready to undertake travel assignments to collaborate with international clients and suppliers.
